A day late, and a dollar short....LOL
I finally got around to making those Valentine's funfetti cupcakes. Yesterday. On Easter. Luckily my kids didn't mind. I mean, why would they? They're cupcakes right? I even added coconut to the batter AND the icing. Mmmmmm...
