Naner Pudding

Here she comes......the Mother of the Year....(that'd be me) because today I made my kids banana pudding for dessert (and they don't even know it yet!)

I think I've been watching too much Food Network lately. Bananas are 67 cents a lb and 'Nilla Wafers are buy 1 get 1 FREE at Food Lion this week. Add a box of instant banana pudding and you've got a dessert for under $3.00 for the whole family! (If you only buy 2 bananas like me). Not only that, but you can make it for a bunch of people for dirt cheap, and it's a quick dessert for a hot summer day!

Those of you that know me even a little, know I don't do anything from scratch..lol...So...
Mix up the instant puddin'. Put a couple of 'Nilla wafers in the bottom of a parfait dish. Slice some banana on top of that. Put some pudding on top of that. Garnish with two nilla wafers and a couple slices of banana. Chill! VOILA! Next time I'm going to do vanilla puddin and strawberries or raspberries or blackberries, or maybe even ALL THREE!
